Independent Living Services of Northern California (ILSNC) is a nonprofit organization helping community members with disabilities to achieve and/or maintain their optimal level of self-reliance and independence.ILSNC will provide support services (eg. information, housing assistance, and provider referrals) and eliminate barriers to increase opportunities for participation in the community. ILSNC will also work to ensure provision of needed services, identified by persons with disabilities and other community members, while supporting consumers’ rights to live independently.
