Services include counseling the involved people on the process of living interdependently. They ask all parties for references and tell both parties about each other. They encourage and can supply roommate agreements and provide monthly follow-ups.

Personal assistant recruitment and referral, training in the management of personal assistants, advocacy and legal services, information and referral regarding available and accessible housing, counseling, individual and group support, independent living skills, vocational services, residential training program, equipment rental and loans. Personal assistants are people who are paid to help people with disabilities (including those with TBI) to take care of their basic needs (e.g. dressing, bathing, perhaps getting things in order).
